Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your AEG Dishwasher.
Regular Cleaning
Ensure that the filters and spray arms are clean. Dirty filters and clogged spray arms can decrease washing results. Remove any particles or debris with a thin pointed object.
Use of Detergents
Only use neutral detergents. Avoid abrasive products, cleaning pads, or solvents which can damage the appliance.
Salt and Rinse Aid
Regularly check and fill the salt container and rinse aid dispenser. This will prevent limescale and ensure dishes come out clean and streak-free.
Preventing Corrosion
After filling the salt container, start a program to avoid corrosion. Make sure the cap of the salt container is tightly closed.
Loading the Dishwasher
Ensure items are correctly positioned in the baskets to allow water to reach all surfaces. Avoid blocking the spray arms with large items.
